I’m proud of myself today. I caught myself reverting back to my poverty mindset and I stopped myself. I was about to settle for the virtual attendance of a real estate seminar on July 26-28 just so I can save money on flight snd hotel. My biggest influences in real estate are Sterling White, Grant Cardone, and Biggerpockets. This particular seminar is hosted by Cardone. Then I realized how silly that logic is because I go to the seminar in person I will have the opportunity to meet high net worth individuals that can take me to next level as an apartment investor and as a person . Never save pennies if you can make it dollar. Grant changed my life. Growing up with cerebral palsy I know I’m not supposed to be doing what I’m doing now (investing in real estate and actually transitioning to multifamily investing). I’m just putting this in the universe, but I hope I get chance to meet Grant in 3 weeks.

I have invested thousands in education and mentorship programs. That is why I have grown so much as an investor in a short period of time.
