see where we are then pivot

Next week we should be close to calling all our leads 4 times.

We will determine what percentage % we still haven't talked to the DM yet.

From there, we will determine which leads to skip trace again and which ones to look for a relative of the DM.

If we are unable to find property owner we will research the deed (I need to figure out how to this).

If we still don't have any qualified appointments after next week I will look at number of contacts vs number of contacts made, 2) how many times did we follow up on each contacts 3) how many channels did we use to follow up.

We will make pivots if necessary.
