BIGGIE SAID DONT MAKE MOVES UNLESS YOUR HEARTS IN IT

Biggie said, "don't make moves unless your hearts in it".

I finally found my passion after 32 years of living. Growing up wanted to be architect, singer, and an NBA player. But, growing up with cerebral palsy I realized being a singer or a basketball player would be a little far fetched.

Growing up I was obsessed with basketball. I would play it everyday fro sun rise to sun down. My dad told me, "if you put that much dedication into something that made money you would be a millionaire".

Fast forward, when I got to college I took accounting. I got my CPA license and worked for a CPA company. However, I didn't love it.

I never invested the time and money in it to be great at it. I took one self-learning corse in accounting, but stopped half way the course because I didn't feel like doing it anymore. When it got challenging I quit.

When it comes to real estate and entrepreneurship I feel like it's me. I have spent thousands on mentoring, courses, and memberships to cut my learning curve. I wake up at 4:30 am everyday. I work and study everyday. I've taken losses (loss money and sucked at first), but my love for it keeps growing. I just want to learn no matter how many times I fall. I would never do that for accounting. I guess the difference I love the fact that the properties are mine and I am my own boss. I am in control of my own destiny. If I fail its because of me.

I feel like Mitch Porter from the Paid in Full movie when he says, "I love the game. I love the hustle "
