How Much Longer Should I Focus My Business on Short Sales?

Are you forward thinker?  Are you already projecting ahead to determine the direction of your business for the next couple of years to come?  Are you laying out the groundwork for 2011?

For a well-diversified business, your 2011 projections should most certainly include short sales.  The opportunities are about to abound.

According to a report I read on MSNBC, there will be over $420 billion in Adjustable Rate Mortgages will adjust to higher rates in 2011.  That number will equate to well over one million mortgage holders who will potentially be facing a steeply unaffordable mortgage.

You need to be prepared to tailor a message to meet the concerns of these borrowers.  Without rate reductions, re-finance, or other loan mod possibilities they will have few to none options left.

There are over one million opportunities for those of us who offer short sale services.

To your short sale success!
