Build WEALTH in real estate $50 at a time.

My business partner and I were talking about our property manager once. He said "he makes about $50 per property each month to manage it." And I thought "oh, okay". Then he said "he manages about 1000-2000 properties", and I stopped what I was doing.

$50 per month for 1000 properties = $50,000 per month

I had this realization: even on the low end of 1000 properties...this guy makes $50,000 per month managing properties. His operational costs can't be that high, so his net profit is phenomenal!!!

My lesson learned

If I made money on a deal, it was more than I had before, and even if I made a little (instead of a lot) of money on a bunch of deals, I'm that much further ahead, and learning every step of the way. Don't wait for unicorn deals! Even if you net zero at the end, you got ALL that education for FREE!! Take all this knowledge to your next one and increase your wealth one baby step at a time!

How's that $50 look now?

How does this compare to your experience so far?
