Here are the 3 Stages anyone seeking wealth will need to take even if he/she is starting with nothing. I've included specific actions in each stage because I have noticed people seem lost or get stuck somewhere on their road to freedom:

1) Get a job (best income and lowest possible hours) and build credit.
2) Take some real estate coaching and meet contractors and investors
3) Find a residential home nearby below comparable prices
4) Borrow to buy it using your credit lines and a bank loan or a seller carry back
5) Rehab home with additional credit lines or by teaming up with a contractor/partner
6) Resell at a profit and pay off your credit lines
7) Repeat and reduce your taxes to compound your profits
STAGE 2: Medium level (build momentum and work the money)
1) Get the word out that you buy quickly if price is right
2) Increase credit lines to increase purchase power
3) Expand relationships with investors, brokers, contractors, and lenders etc .
4) Increase your cash reserves (from the profits of each deal)
5) Increase knowledge of business especially the rehab part
6) Do bigger deals that are more profitable
7) Repeat and set up an asset protection program to grow safely
STAGE 3: Advanced level (Become free and let the money work for you)
1) Take advanced commercial real estate classes
2) Identify and buy a commercial property that has a huge upside
3) Take property to its highest and best use by increasing its income
4) Refinance and cash out your down payment
5) Enjoy the infinite rates of returns and endless streams of income
6) Set-up your affairs to avoid probate
7) Repeat on select properties and teach others how to be free
