The Law and Lawsuits

Lawsuits are a peculiar thing. There is so much happening regarding statutes and rules of law that even the most experienced attorneys cannot give their clients any conclusive answers or very clear guidance.

If you are sued, it would advisable to settle quickly even at a slight loss. Unless of course, the person suing you is doing it all frivolously, then I would suggest settling slowly. But still settle nevertheless.

Abraham Lincoln was quoted saying:

“Discourage litigation. Persuade your neighbors to compromise whenever you can. Point out to them how the nominal winner is often a real loser -- in fees, expenses, and waste of time. As a peacemaker the lawyer has a superior opportunity of being a good man. There will still be business enough.”

What is actually interesting is not only the fact that Mr. Lincoln was pushing for people to avoid lawsuits altogether but he said that despite being a peacemaker: “There will still be business enough”

So you must assume you will get sued even if you are a peacemaker and do not behave recklessly. With that in mind, I have created the most airtight asset protection structure ever with the help of the best attorneys who litigate and go to trial for damages.

I am sure you heard the saying: “The best defense is a good offense” But when it comes to asset protection, the best defense is showing that there is no net worth to go after. That immediately discourages litigants and their attorneys.

This is the essence of the ultimate asset protection program we offer. And it is like non other in terms of simplicity, flexibility and affordability.

Wishing you the best protection.
