CMREI to Announce ENCORE Residential Series: REI Round Table

The Real Estate Hedge Fund Manager, Author, and Educator returns to the LA Area to launch a brand, new residential training series, and a book. Cherif provided many surprises at his July San Francisco round table event. He focused on residential investing, new features to raise capital for residential and commercial real estate, and even a launch party for his new book, Million Dollar Recipes to Real Estate Wealth.

Over the past two years, his student-investors were informed that Cherif would no longer host live events, training, and retreats and that he was moving his company online. Cherif believes that with the increase in popularity of online training he can travel less, focus on his personal investments and businesses, and enlighten many through his webinars. However, the new virtual training room is providing great content and value to the members, but the application and actual investing are showing a decline. The opportunity in San Francisco proved an immense need and Cherif will host one last 2015 live training to guide CMREI members and guarantee their biggest year if they follow his recipes.

In July the training industry was shocked to hear that Cherif would come out of hiatus for one live appearance in 2015. The international bestselling real estate hedge fund manager revealed residential investment strategies that he has never shared. He will unveil that system once more in LA and share what he has been applying in the San Francisco real estate market since 2009.
