Using technology to keep your business going in the right direction

If you are like me you can't remember what you did 15 minutes ago some days so I am trying to learn to use apps and note pads on my phone to keep me some what organized and trying to keep things going in the right direction.
I use my notepad on my phone daily to keep up with tasks that need to completed, also you can set reminders on your phone if that helps.

I am still trying to figure out apps on my phone to keep up with paperwork on selling mobile homes, stessa seems to be a pretty good one, other people like quickbooks which is much more detail oriented and harder to set up. 
I'm sure there are tons more that can help you get and stay organized.
