Do I Want To Buy A Home In This Park??????????????????

DO I WANT TO BUY A HOME IN THIS PARK??????????????????????????

The million dollar question I ask myself every time I go look at a mobile home, lots of time the answer is no or even heck no not in a million years, some real world examples of no or heck no are as follows.

1- if there is more trash on the ground around the homes than whats actually in the dumpster this would be a big no.
2- if the tenants have 8 or more cars next door to the home you are considering buying, this is a red flag and I just bought a home with a neighbor like this, it should of been a no for me but I went against my better judgement, if you are just starting out this needs to be a heck no.
3- if the tenants have dangerous dogs fenced outside in the yard this would be a heck no.
4-if you lots of eviction notices posted on homes this is a big red flag and should be a no.
5- if the park is way behind on maintenance and upkeep of the park with things like horrible roads this would be a no.
6-if the park has more abandon homes than current tenants this would be a heck no.
7-if the park is in a flood zone this would be a no.
8-if the park is empty its usually due to bad owners this would be a no.

I have bought in homes in parks with some of the above issues but I would not recommend it beginner investors.
