Its Time To Market Your Home

A good way to sell your home is by telling all the neighbors your plans with the home once you are finished with repairs, if we are fortunate this has sold one of the homes we are currently working on, I was talking to a neighbor couple of days after purchasing one of our homes she has apparently told everyone around us our plans with the home and one of the people that currently live in the park has a sister that is interested in our home, fingers crossed we will see, if it sells I have a few fees to pay out to people for bringing me the deal and to someone for helping me sell the home.
Other great ways to sell the home is posting signs near the park stating the home is for sale, another great way to help you sell is using Facebook marketplace, this is how we sell the majority of our homes, a combination of these things will help sell your home quickly.
