What are my subfloors made out of in my mobile home?

Most of the homes that we purchase the sub floors are made of that horrible particle board  that falls apart as soon as water touches it, some have plywood on them, plywood is a good material to use for subfloors since it can stand water and people walking on it much better than particle board.
When we replace particle board we use 23/32 osb tongue and groove subfloor, most mobile home floors are very close to 3/4 inch thick, we are starting to see its better to cut out larger sections due to it being easier to use a whole sheet of wood instead of cutting out a smaller section. When you are removing the subfloor it is better to cut out sections with a circular saw and use a pry bar to pop it up since it is usually stapled and glued down.
The more you cut out the floors the better you will get at it, yes its difficult and yes we will develop a love hate relationship with staples.
