What is the roof of my new mobile home made of ??????

Most of the homes we buy the roof is solid metal all the way across it, most older homes use metal, we prefer the homes with an A frame roof that have metal on them.
The newer homes have shingle roofs, so far we have not purchased a home with a shingle roof but we are getting ready to work on a home with a shingle roof for another investor.
A shingle roof makes the homes more valuable than just a regular metal roof.
The cost to repair a metal roof is usually less since since you can seal them and stop most small leaks if you find any, if a shingle roof is leaking you will need to understand how to replace shingles to stop the leaking.
If you need to replace the roof the cost to do metal over either type of roof is about 2-4k in my area depending on the type of metal you use and if you put wood under the old metal roof.
