When You Start Investing Base Hits Can Change Your LIfe

Base hits on your deals can totally change your life over time, let me tell you what I mean by base hits, lots of investors in the Realestate space are always looking to make life changing money on their deals or they will say its not worth doing if they can't make lots of money up front, this is wishful thinking and is not the norm for investing. All you need are base hits to change your life over time, In Realestate a base hit for me equates to making approximately 200 dollars per month after all expenses are paid on the home you have seller financed or rented, I know this is not a lot of money starting out but its much better than trading time for money because at least now you are getting money back for your efforts instead of trading time for a pay check on Friday, the idea is to slowly build your wealth over time by doing this many times over the coming years and hopefully after doing this enough you will be making enough money to leave your w2 job, hopefully along the way you will run into deals that pay you more than 200 dollars a month but this is a good starting point if you have to borrow money for your deals, if you are renting these homes the tax breaks are enormous because you are doing what the govt wants and thats providing housing  for the masses so in turn the government allows to use depreciation and other forms of tax breaks to help you build your wealth along the way, not to mention your 40 hr. work week you once had is now just a quarter of that due to the checks coming in every month but you have to remember starting out its all very hard work and can take many years to get where you hope to be but just understand the compounding of those 200 dollar checks over time can change your life especially as time goes on and you are paying off any mortgages you have on these homes, once they are paid off now you are really starting to cash flow good but all this takes lots of time and energy.
its all hard work from trading time for money all your life to investing slowly to build your wealth pick your hard.
