  2. 2. Pass Inspection.
  3. 3. Register or login here https://dhcd.baltimorecity.gov/pi/alarmproperty-registration
  4. 4. Upload required documents.
  5. 5. Pay license fee.
  6. 6. Post license in common area in 3+ units. 
  7. 7. Add this addendum to your lease https://dhcd.baltimorecity.gov/sites/default/files/CB18-0179%20Proposed%20lease%20Addendum%20Final.docx
