Do we pay for our rating? NO! While many business pay to “advertise” on YELP we do not. We want our ratings to be “un-biased”. This is why even though we have 13+ reviews (to date) only 2-3 show at any given time. But if you look real close at the bottom of the last consumer entry you will see in small numbers (13 Filtered). Click there and you will see our other ratings.

What does this mean for you? When it comes to Real Estate, Yelp tends to attract more buyers looking for agents than sellers. As a matter of fact, we didn’t even know we were rated until we had our first “buyer” call that consummated a sale within one week after the call.

For you, this means more exposure for your home! Remember: If you work with an agent that “only” works with Sellers you are doing yourself a HUGE disservice. Why is working with a “listing only” Agent an issue? Because they don’t understand the current motivation and thinking of today’s buyer. Not only that, they don’t have a buyer pool do draw from.
