Day 1 ON BP Adventure

Day 1 

I'm grateful that you have tuned into my blog. it's my second one and I look forward to keeping it straight and organized throughout my 90-day challenge. I'm wrighting this entry to give me better accountability each day and so I can walk new people through my Process, my struggles, and success. 

1. First, I joined BP as a newbie, watched a lot of Webinars that were coming out and also attended the 4-day video workshops with Bradon Turner. Yes, this was my gateway to this website and a wealth of knowledge and people. 

1. Second, I did it and I know you will be doing this Face Palm after you read the next line. I invested LOTS of money into a guru! for E-commerce training. Now I won't go into details but I will say that I'm starting off with 2 businesses in mind. I'm really embarrassed by the amount but hopefully, I will be able to turn it around and still get on my feet with this part of investing.  (side note) If you truly want to know what guru I came to contact with I will diveluge that info in a DM/PM. So as part of this "investment", I was able to attend a 3-day boot camp that walked me through varies strategies, tax protection, and financial funding. So I'm not a complete NEWB when it comes to understanding the market. 

1. Third, I will tell you my reason for why I am doing this, (key to joining). I'm pursuing this career to help better my understanding of what it means to have your money work for you. To allow myself to spend more time with my daughters at home and nurture them with my presence(time). I'm tired of working for other people who care less about the people under them, I'm fed up with respecting superiors in the army who can't even pass a Physical Training Test (expected to stay in army) and then go about demanding our obedience/respect. Lastly, I'm looking to start building & living my DREAMS my aspirations in life and growing them for my generation to enjoy. 

So these are some of the reasons why I joined and wanted to start my journey in Real Estate. I know this was more of a vent session, but most WHY's come from that session being expressed and taking actionable steps to fix the problem. My adventure starts here and I want to be successful to accomplish my goals...

1. 1. Improve my community by giving back to those less fortunate and of lower-income (sports equipment donations)
2. 2. Help "another out": Denzel Washington Said it best; I will do this by mentoring, coaching and taking people who are in adverse situations and improving their lifestyle. (yes tall order, but all worthwhile work is!) probably will start with a 3-day seminar online and teach skills on how to get ahead of their circumstances either with Realestate, Online marketing, or business funding. 
3. 3. I seek to build a better way of life for myself & my community because when you grow up in the ghetto you have to prove something to yourself.
