One Stop Shop for BC investing knowledge!

Hello BiggerPockets community! 

First and foremost I want to send a big thanks to everyone at BP. The knowledge I have gained from the podcasts, blogs and forums has been key to growing my passion for real estate and has played a major role in my success as an investor. BP has also introduced me to other local investors and I am now learning the benefits and power of networking. Thanks Josh Dorkin, Brandon Turner, David Greene, Mindy Jensen and all the other people responsible for making Biggerpockets what it is. 

I wanted to start a blog because it seems like several times a week I have a great conversation with other real estate investors and the knowledge and ideas that come from those conversation gets wasted because it is shared between so few people. I think that people could benefit from the knowledge that gets passed around in emails, phone calls and over coffee, especially market specific information. 

Being an investor and hosting real estate meetups, as well as being a real estate agent, I get asked by a fair amount of people about the market, best areas to invest in BC, strategies and future expectations. If I can put my personal wins and loses, market stats and strategies in one place for all to view, hopefully I can help other people succeed. 

Investing in real estate has helped me create an incredible life and the people that taught me how to do it (including Biggerpockets) are to thank. Without guidance I would have only achieved a fraction of what I have and I want to pass that knowledge to anyone willing to take it and make their own incredible life.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a big time investor with hundreds of units, but I'm super grateful for what I have achieved and I'm super grateful to have the opportunity to share with all of you.
