What books am I planning to take on in the education portion of my journey?
Here's my list:
- Real estate investment for dummies
- The 5 million dollar book
- Building wealth one house at a time
- The book on investing in real estate with no money down
- What every real estate investor needs to know about cash flow
- The book on flipping houses (maybe)
- The book on estimating rehab costs
- Every landlords legal guide
- Landlording on autopilot
Time to get to reading. If I can get through a book once a month, that puts me 3/4 of the way through my 1 year "education/learning/become a sponge" plan.
Really big into audio books. So that might be how I end up tackling these books.
