Tenacity Plus Service Mentality = Success!

How can you stand out?  What can separate you from all the others?  Tenacity! This means never letting anything stop you or get in your way. You ask creative questions and develop ways around, over, or through your obstacles. Being tenacious is NEVER quitting and just finding ways to get things done no matter what! 

Equally important, perhaps more so even, is having what I call a Service Mentality.  It means serving everyone you work within your real estate business. Sellers, contractors, lenders, buyers, agents, RE attorneys, title companies, etc...  SERVE them too.  Just as they need you as a customer, you also need their services. Build relationships, serve them as best you can, and these relationships will then serve you forevermore. You see, your service to others in your real estate business comes back to you three-fold!
