How I purchased my First Apartment Complex with no money down Part4

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!

After getting the roofer out to the property with the insurance adjuster we were able to get new roof at the cost of the insurance company. Our investors were extremely excited. 

It is extremely important to partner with a great sponsor that is experienced in the Multi Family industry. I highly recommend taking a look at sponsor before taking down your first multi family property. 

So we finally closed the property and it has been about a month and we are almost completed renovations. We have tenants begging to get into these units. We are very excited. With the units that have not been renovated yet we have increased rent and 50-75 dollars. This was a great off market property that we found. We have been cleaning up the exterior of the property. We are excited to paint the exterior of the property and cut down some trees. If anyone is ever in Charlotte NC. I would love to give to give you a tour and grab a bite to eat with you.
