Real Estate Resources in the Portland, OR Metro Area

I'm grateful that you're reading this blog, and I hope that I add value to your day. This is my regular journal which I update at least every other day with real estate topics has I continue to invest and create passive income.

  1. Real Estate on MeetUp.com in the Portland Metro Area
  2. The Northwest Real Estate Association
  3. The Rare Birds Network

Portland Oregon, home of the hipster and where 30-somethings go to retire has several active real estate and investor networks.

One of the easiest things to do is to look on meetup.com and find the real estate meetups in the area.

They tend to fall into a couple of different categories:

First, there is the Northwest real estate association. if you're interested in real estate investing than this is an excellent group to join. They hold their main meeting once a month, but they also have smaller regional meetings that cover educational topics like deal analysis, hearing from a well-known real estate educator or simply getting together to play Robert Kiyosaki’s CashFlow Game.

There are also many meetings that are run by individual agents and brokers that are looking to interact with the community. They'll provide education for the opportunity to network with you.

And last but not least, the Rare Birds Network. This is a group of investor oriented real estate entrepreneurs that are active in the area. I'm looking forward to going to my first meeting of the rare birds Network. So far I've only heard about them through other people but everything I've heard has been very positive.
