Do you belong on 30A but don’t quite have the pocket book? You adore luxury and class and can be seen flying down Hwy 98 in a Rolls Royce, Masareti, Lamborghini or Bentley? Then you need to buy in AQUA, Calypso, or En Soliel. These condos will deliver the high end luxury experience you are accustomed to with top shelf amenities and guests. You will overpay for anyone touching it for repair, and you will enjoy every second of the ride! It’s a top notch A+ status symbol purchase you will love!

Treasure Island, Seychelle’s, Marisol, Grand Panama, Ocean Ritz, Twin Palms, Palazzo, Princess, Sterling Beach, Sterling Breeze, Majestic, Celadon, Long Beach, Boardwalk Splash, and Emerald Beach are your Teslas, Mercedes & Porsche equivalents. Classic, high end and classy, these condos will not disappoint. With premium styling and designs, solid financials, and great features, this property class is an A all the way.

Tidewater, Shores of Panama, Sterling Reef, & Laketown Wharf are equivalent to Toyotas & Honda’s. The densest condos in this market with the most users, these large complexes boast great amenities and are reliable to get the job done. A little pricier, these keep going for miles and ensure fun & excitement with nimble handling along the way. Do extra due diligence at Shores of Panama; there are rumors of a recall, I mean HOA assessments. 

Summit, Regency Towers, & Summerhouse, are like your Ford & Chevrolets. These babies were born in the good old days and have loyal followers. They have been around a long time, need some work, but are beloved and well recognized.

Fontaine Blu or Top of the Gulf are like your Pinto’s or Geo’s. These entry level options provide the bare bones but still do their job. The window might fall off & the top might fall down along the journey, but they keep limping along in all their rust and mold covered glory.

Commodore, Ambassador, Continental, Dunes of Panama, Aqua Vista & Gulf Highlands are in a class by themselves. They are like the old classic Mustangs or Camero's. They are more work to maintain but extra special with a fiercely loyal crowd. Some owners have kept these since the year they were made.

Beachwalk & Horizon South are like Kias. They may be a little slow getting started, but may surprise you in the end.

Edgewater - this complex, is like a Model T in that it is recognized as a stand alone icon of the area in how classic and unique it is. It’s probably not what you would drive everyday, but is great for show and the experience.
