I Replaced My W2 Income in Just TWO Years With Land Investing ...

In July of 2015, I Took a HUGE Step.  

I had never invested in ANY type of real estate training before.  

But after hearing Mark Podolsky explain land investing on a podcast, I was hooked.  

I ordered the Land Geek Investor Toolkit and dug in with excitement.  

I had a burning desire to change my life at that time, and I digested EVERY piece of information the Land Geek could give me. 

It took a lot of work to understand this whole thing.  

I was getting up at 5 in the the morning and staying up late.

I was watching YouTube videos of 13 year-olds teaching me how to mail merge on my Mac. 

After hours of work, I eventually sent out some mailers, got some responses, and purchased my first 2-acre property in Colorado for just $700.  

Yes ... $700.

... pennies on the dollar ... 

I was still nervous ... still a bit skeptical ... 

But a HUGE "A-HA!" moment occurred just 2 weeks after that first purchase when I sold that property for $2800 CASH. 

That's a 400% return on my money in 2 weeks.  

CRAZY

I thought ... "This really works!"

I thought ... "That was so easy!"  

Well, it wasn't exactly easy.  

But I did it.  

I told Mark, and I'll never forget what he said. 

"Now it's time to Rinse and Repeat."  

He was exactly right, I thought.  

If I could do this once, I could do it over and over and over again!  

So I continued on my journey. 

My second "A-HA" moment was when my wife, Erin, and I attended the Land Geek Bootcamp in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the Fall of 2015.  

We met SO many people whose lives had changed because of Mark Podolsky and this business model.  

Erin was finally convinced, and we were "ALL IN," as they say.  

We entered the Land Geek One-On-One coaching program with nervous anticipation and excitement.  

Fast forward one year, and we had done 30 deals.  

Fast forward two years, and our passive income from land investing exceeded my income as a Physical Therapist.

Fast forward three years, and I was able to quit my job.

This model works.

This model changed our lives.

Next time, I'll tell you about my BEST-EVER deal.  It's still paying me over $600 a month 3 years later.
