Would you like to meet an actual Mastermind group from Gtr Cincinnati?

Since I don't know how to post a poll on here I' going to try to ask a simple question. I am trying to measure the value in coming to the Bay area to introduce myself and my local mastermind group to an audience there.

I have a few clients from that area now and more calling each week. I understand there are many reports saying Cincinnati is one of the top areas to purchase with real value. I also get quite a few clients because they made the move to invest here, but management has let them down and now we have to fix the problem.

I believe there would be some real value in us coming to you. This isn't some BS pitch to sell books or coaching, instead, we would show you real deals and the people involved with real results. I can introduce you to someone who lives in Oakland that buys from me now and he can tell you first hand what went right and what went not quite perfect. This will be current conditions, the formula to buy for success, what proper management looks like, profiting from problems, joint ventures, asset management and more. If we do our job correctly deals will come our way.

The only thing we need to cover is the travel expense for our team and their spouses. We would require that anyone that wanted to come had to be liquid for at least $300,000 so we know they can actually do a deal and want to build a real estate portfolio. 

So the question is simply this: Would you pay $350 for a one-day session with a real mastermind group? A Commercial Real Estate Broker, A residential home wholesale broker, our preferred lender, property manager, wholesale flipper and super problem solver. All of which are investors themselves and buy different things.
