Are you to busy to learn something new? I gotcha covered

Good afternoon BiggerPockets members!

First of all I would just like to start off and say thank you for actually coming to  read this  hopefully  informative as well as engaging topic  and maybe you can  utilize my information here  for your own benefit.

I currently work for a company called Western Waste Services in Jerome Idaho and I drive a front end loader all day  about 10 and 1/2 hours with my headphones in one not only because of that noise reduction in the warehouse but I would never hear my phone if somebody called or texted me  and the bonus is I can listen to my music for podcasts every single day and have already burned through 160 episodes of the BiggerPockets podcasts in the whole heck of a lot  the problem is of course  the action  and going out there and doing it with other people in networking with them and then the second part is having the money available to actually  do those actions that are necessary  for a deal to take place whether it is finding that partner  or just finding an awesome deal and wholesaling it to somebody that can take that deal and make it theirs.... I think I finally found my reason for not only being on this site but adding value to others in regards to the time that you don't have to look into something or research something such as more info on wholesaling lease options buying a new mobile homes buying land itself or getting into commercial real estate and not sure who to talk to or where to look and feeling like new business is kind of declining because you don't have enough time to find the correct information of the correct people to give you what you need to keep your business moving forward or to even start your business and begin on that path to move forward for Real Estate Financial Freedom. My pitch is simply that I have literally 10 and a half hours that I am working but I can look up and listen to any podcast episode on my Spotify account or on the website itself and literally learn any topic on there specifically in regards to whatever it is you're looking for and in return all I would like to have is the credit that says hey you got this information from me however despite you might have been able to look it up and find that information for yourself I'm willing to do that for you as well as anyone who's in the Twin Falls Idaho area you can go ahead and hit me up and as I'm available after 6:30 p.m. in the evenings any day and then more free time on the weekends I'd be willing to physically go out there and meet up with you and talk to you and go over deals or even analyzed properties for whatever you need help with if you can't find it with your limited amount of time then hit me up and tell me what you want or looking for and I'll give that back to you within the 2 hour Span depending on topic and availability of answer and complexity of subject. All I'm asking for in return is if I'm able to give you the information that you need and spread the word at my name can get out there for credibility and recognition as well as the hope I can actually get out onto the town and go out with people to look at properties and see how we can help each other.
