COVID-19 and Real Estate

We have been getting asked a lot about how we think COVID-19 will effect the real estate market...and honestly if we had a crystal ball we would be even better at our job than we already are. All joking aside though...what precautions are we taking and what precautions can you take during this time.

Aside from the obvious that everyone is talking about:

•Washing your hands often

* Avoiding touching your face

* Avoid large crowds

• Stay away from others if you are feeling sick....

We have thought of additional ways that we can help those looking to purchase or sell in our area.

If you are a buyer/investor:

• We can schedule video walk throughs and video meetings

* We can do a 3D scan of all properties you are interested in so that you don't have to go outside or into other people's home

• We can provide you with floor plans that are within 1% accuracy of any listing or home.

• All documents can be signed and reviewed electronically.

If you are thinking of selling:

• We can offer all potential buyers the 3d scan and video walk through of your property to avoid high traffic showings

• We can host LIVE video open houses rather than the traditional open house

• All documents and meetings can be done electronically

If you are still considering buyer or selling in the Central Oregon market, please know that we will do everything we can to help ease any worry about this virus. We recommend that if you are planning to sell to keep up on cleaning and sanitizing all areas of your home especially high touch areas like light switches and door knobs.

Best of luck to everyone during what is proving to be a trying time.
