So it begins.. The Journey to Financial Freedom thru Real Estate

I have been following, reading, training and researching about real estate for about 4 years now. It has been an amazing journey, but now my wife and I have finally taken the step towards our real estate investment business. I went with my uncle to a fortune builders seminar and my mind was blown with all the knowledge and tips they provided. It was all great until they revealed the price to join there team it was outrageous. So I decided that for the amount of money required I would purchase my first property and begin the adventure. So I came out of that seminar with a fire that the first thing I did was became a pro member on the greatest real estate till date www.Biggerpockets.com. Once I did this I started viewing webinars, utilizing the tools, listening to podcast episodes and reading articles on the website. After that I was going to real estate networking events, looking for deals everywhere on MLS, Facebook, wholesalers etc..., I connected with local mentors who helped me get connected with the right people to put our business into motion. After a lot of research and networking, we landed our first deal. We are currently working thru the rehab and will keep you all posted on the results.
