Milken Conference Panel For Investors
Short Post Today -
I had a client give me a pass to the Milken Conference earlier this year. The theme of the event was navigating a world in transition. The event brought speakers from a variety of fields which were incredibly varied. They had a panel that was really eye opening for me though which I've included a link to below - 'Real Estate, A More Attractive Asset?'.
The seminar's description stated - "As monetary policies flip, real estate is demonstrating its appeal, steadily attracting capital while other asset classes exhibit signs of investor anxiety. What are the prospects for returns in global property markets? How are these assets positioned to handle changes in inflation and interest rates? Will new trade tariffs modify investment strategies? What anomalies can be seen in the current real estate cycle?"
Hearing what incredibly successful investors thought about the future of real estate, and having the chance to hear them argue their respective points was a treat. Hopefully you enjoy it as much as I did. Please leave your comments below! I especially liked hearing from Sam Zell from Equity Group Investments.
