Our First Offer!!!!!!!

Let me give you the elevator pitch of my last five years... ANNNNNND GO.. Started college at a state university (UNC Charlotte), got a part-time job, decided drugs were cool, quit the job, quit college, picked up a job waiting tables, stopped thinking drugs were cool, started community college (Alamance Community), transferred (Southwestern Community College), landed a retail sales job, transferred back to a 4-year state university (Western Carolina University), met a smoking hot BABE, nabbed a high end waiter gig, made good money, started making school payments, got married, graduated college (Western Carolina University, 2017), paid off my student loans, wife graduated (Grad Degree WCU, 2018),  started making payments on wife's loans, acquired my real estate license, began work as a real estate agent (Oct 1, 2017), paid off all student loans!!!!! (Wive's grad school loans), closed some deals, saved some cash & just put in our first home offer! Wheeeeeeeeeew!

That's the down and dirty, now we are up to speed. We found a great little starter home through a buddy of mine and worked out an offer. They have used it as a rental for the past 2 years for $1,000/ month. We plan to close (Sep. 4, 2018) and give the tenants another 4 months to find a place. Our plan is to live in this home for about a year and a half, save up another downpayment and look for another single family or multi-family to purchase. Thanks for reading and look forward to adding updates as we move through the home purchase stages & continue on the road to financial independence.

God bless,
