1. Get enough sleep

When you sleep less, your brain won’t function that well. Sleep deprivation is increasingly common especially, amongst millennials nowadays. One thing’s for sure, there are a lot of factors that link to sleep deprivation, especially when a person is fed up with certain tasks. That said, we can say that sufficient sleep is associated with good memory performance as it is able to relax.

2. Drink coffee

A cup of coffee can do wonders to you and your memory. Numerous studies have shown that caffeine, when ingested, helps in the improvement of memory recall. This tells us that we can savor the taste of brewed coffee while enjoying its memory-enhancing benefits.

3. Lessen your alcohol intake

Alcohol is linked to memory loss because of its numerous damaging effects on the human brain. The presence of ethanol in alcohol is usually the main culprit. That’s the reason why heavy drinkers experience what we call a blackout. Going overboard with alcohol consumption, on the other hand, may lead to long-term or even severe memory problems.

4. Eat dark chocolate
