You’ll see optimistic people smiling all the time. They are approachable and they believe that things can turn out for the best. They are more loved and they feel accepted by their friends and colleagues. More than that, they are capable of leading fulfilling lives free from fear and anxiety. I smile a lot to people who have been near to me for 40+ years have seen it. I think that brightens everyone’s day and they get uplifted as you start talking and listening to them. The energy you give out to them is very special and meaningful.
