How To Convert A Internet Lead!

I have been lead generating for my land company  all the way back to the 80's when we where using the classified adds in the penny saver or newspaper. Now with the internet the online leads are so different than any other lead so I am here to clear up some misconceptions. When I started online marketing and received a lead from my systems I found out that these leads where real hard to get connect with. 

So here are the real stats that we discovered by spending thousands of dollars to gather this data online. When you get a lead from a social media platform like google ppc of facebook. The lead usually comes in the form of a name email address and phone number and maybe more information depends on your campaign. 

Here is the data that may help you with the first part is connecting with the lead. The chance of connecting on the phone goes down over 50% if not contacted in the first 5 minutes. Over 35% of online leads are never contacted by phone by the salesman or never called at all. It takes 6 attempts, then your contact ratio goes to 90%. Now we know that reaching a lead in the first 5 minutes is real hard to do, that is where automation comes into play, just like drip systems work so does automated contact systems can do.
