In and around Charlotte Harbor, there are several areas that are possible hot spots for the future. Why is this so? And Punta Gorda is just such a place. This property is very affordable and looks well-cared for, which I like a lot. And over time, it’s possible to see substantial gains in value as this area increases in attention. And it’s near to the water too!

Finally, let’s shift gears just a little bit. This modest, but attractive condo is in one of Sarasota’s most sought-after areas. And after having visited Lido Key and St Armand’s Circle, this is an area that attracts plenty of people, but stays off the radar in Southwest Florida. This property, of course, is right in the center of it all and for a price that’s perfect. For truly living in paradise, I’d bookmark this one to tour in person, especially if you’re considering retiring to our area.
