But to give you a sense of why I believe financial freedom is possible for anyone who wants it… Once upon a time, I was a single mother with two young children and almost no financial resources, at least not the type you hear about in other investment stories. Today? I assist countless clients across the country in launching their own successful real estate endeavors.

And I really do want to stress “everyday people.” We’re talking about everyone from brand-new real estate agents to contractors with a dream. I’ve seen it an endless amount of times and been part of these stories in big ways.

There is no one size fits all solution to financial freedom

As a investor, I’ve also discovered that there’s not one solution that applies to everyone. And that makes sense, because there’s also not one story that fits for everyone either. Now, that doesn’t mean that I haven’t developed a number of tools and models. However, it does mean that being keyed into your unique financial situation is vital. This is also why I’m such a strong proponent to having a real estate investment coach that’s been there.

And while there’s no one-size-fits-all story, there’s also not one single goal that everyone has with real estate investing. Think about it for a minute…. A hard-working couple is about to have their first child, and they’d like to explore whether they can upgrade their home and rent out their original residence. Or what about an ambitious contractor who’s realized that they can flip distressed properties by leveraging their skills? These two people will have completely different goals and the advice I give them would be totally different. And that can make all the difference.
