SFR Rental Unit 2019 Update

Hey BP!

2019 was a great year for my SFR unit in Beloit, WI. We went through a tenant turn over without a hiccup and did some great updates on the exterior. The old deck that was on it was rotting and questionably up to code. So we tore it off and replaced it with a poured concrete patio. KT Properties in Beloit did an AMAZING job! So clean. They then put a brand new set of stairs leading to the patio. So happy this was done as it will add YEARS to the exterior feature and allows tenants to make a cozy outdoor experience on the fresh new pad. 

It took about $10K in updates with the patio, stairs, all new paint, and other interior fixes/updates. 

All that's needed now are new windows at probably $5Kish which we are planning to do this summer. 

It's a great, cash-flowing property that I love to see the improvements be made on it!
