Mold and Real Estate Investing

Our first video is about mold. I (Aaron Norris with The Norris Group) am joined by Julie Crittenden with Top Dog Inspections. She takes me to a San Diego REO covered in mold. Three types of mold to be exact. She reviews what to look for as an investor, how NOT to treat mold, when to hire an expert, and important information about the CLUE report and remediation.
