On October 19, 2012, The Norris Group proudly presented I Survived Real Estate 2012.  An expert line-up of industry experts joined Bruce Norris to discuss perplexing industry trends, head-scratching legislation, and the outlook for real estate in the coming year.  Over $77,000 was raised to benefit Make a Wish and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Bruce Norris brought up the entire panel of experts to discuss industry trends and the coming legislation.  Bruce discussed with them Chapter 9 bankruptcy, the housing bubble, government growth, commercial real estate, bank reserves, each panelist's view on the economy and where they saw it heading, and more.
