Gary Thomas Joins Bruce Norris on the Real Estate Radio Show #295

Bruce Norris is joined this week by Gary Thomas.  Gary Thomas is the broker/owner of Evergreen Realty in Villa Park, California.  He has been in the business for more than 35 years and has served the real estate industry in countless roles.  Gary is currently the 2012 president elect for the National Association of Realtors, which has been the voice of real estate professionals.  Bruce and Gary discuss the benefits of joining the National Association of Realtors, Gary's duties once he becomes the president of NAR, the fiscal cliff, the real estate industry now compared to 2008, the loan process, the QM and QRM, the hedge fund buyers and inventory in Orange County, and much more on this week's real estate radio show and podcast.
