Mike Cantu, who began his career as a professional skate boarder, is now a full-time investor and rental and property management expert. Mike has been involved in the real estate industry as an investor and entrepreneur for more than 28 years now running a buy/sell operation, selling properties wholesale, and managing a portfolio of rental houses.

In 2009, Mike released two books that were met with rave reviews: Don’t Get Voted Off Real Estate Island and Rental Management and Properties. What Mike is most known for is his "no-nonsense" method to educating people in real estate.
