Shady Drive Wallingford CT Rehab Update [VIDEO]

On our last post we were just getting under way with our recently purchased foreclosure property on Shady Dr in Wallingford, CT.

Since then we have made some great progress on cleaning up the yard, removing a bunch of trees, and making some headway on the interior demo work.

The following video highlights our progress and gives you an idea of how we are doing. With the mild February weather, we were able to do a lot of the outside work, without issue!
