on Saturday 8-24-2019 i will share my thoughts on my activities regard

i have been and are continuing to pursue my goal of being a real estate wholesaler but i have came across a lot of obstacles just to get where i am today. some days i feel sense of discouragement and others a sense of excitement throughout my time researching terms and acronyms i have found a lot of insufficient information

there are a lot of problems in terms of valuing a home that is in need of repairs, like what repairs return your money if any and of course make sure not to over invest or under invest in terms of the repairs done that is after you have received your quotes from the labor force

i think it's necessary to understand the business model of how to buy and sell mortgage debt in terms of trading or how to buy mortgage debt to own a home, i have learned that there are a lot of documentation i still need to understand and i need to find a way to discover the auctual job of what is called a securitizer one whom securitizes loans into ? something
