Apartment Buildings for the WIN! Thinking BIG to create passive income

Hello BiggerPockets!,

I am writing this blog to document my journey to financial freedom. Feel free to message me with any suggestions, questions, or comments as we go along!

Here is my overall (zoomed out) plan:

I am looking to transition into Apartment Building Repositions. I aim to purchase a distressed C level Apartment building in an emerging market, institute proper management, and upgrade the building to the highest level the immediate 3 mile radius can sustain. After the upgrade is complete, I will hold the building for as long as the market continues to grow, selling with a 1031 Exchange when the market flattens and moving on to a bigger building in a new emerging market.

I will try my best to update you all on every major milestone along this journey, along with lessons learned, phone calls made, books referenced, and walls i ran into.

Hope you all enjoy!

-Michael
