Bowling For Property

I have a very unique idea for real estate sales that I am looking for feedback on.  I will be holding a one day, "amature friendly" bowling tournament (as long as you can keep it out of the gutters, YOU CAN WIN), with the grand prize being my 17 unit rental property (approx. value $850,000), or $250,000 cash. And, it is legal (Fl. statute 849.141).  Let me know what you think!
