Wilson Investment Properties: Second Quarter Updates

For investors in Wilson Investment Properties syndication deals, second-quarter reports and distributions have been sent out, unless otherwise communicated. We typically provide investor reports within 30 days from the end of a calendar quarter. 

As a firm, we are committed to transparency and keeping our clients updated on the progress of their investments with quarterly Office Hours calls with our co-sponsors accompanying their reports. For qualified investors seeking to learn more about our performance history, we are also happy to provide reporting information on current and past deals. 

Most of our deals provide preferred returns. If the full preferred return isn’t paid in a quarter, it is accrued. Investors get paid those returns out of future cash flow or property sale, before any profit sharing or split with the sponsor. It’s another way we put our clients first. Also, if an investment performs better than anticipated, those distributions may be increased. Any changes to those payments will be communicated a quarter in advance.
