Time is Money! Learn to Save Both!

Time is Money

When wholesaling, or really any part of real estate investing, you put in a lot of work and many hours into your investments.  As an investor, you know that you can spend endless hours searching for deals and doing research into areas, markets, buyers, sellers, other investors, what will make your flip the most profit etc, it is endless.  We want to give you some tips on saving yourself some of that time!

Saving Time

One of the greatest ways to save yourself time is while finding your deals. This can be done easily with bird-dogging.  It's a simple process that saves you time and gets you great leads.  Bird-dogs are people who go out searching in your target areas and they find homes that they think meet your criteria for what you'd like to buy.  They send you the address and details and if the house meets your criteria you can contact the owner to see if they are interested in selling. If the owner is interested in selling and you're able to flip or resell the property depending on your goals you pay a finder's fee to the bird-dogger.

This process saves you tons of time going out and finding properties and can get you more leads quicker.  Not all deals are going to go through, but the great thing about this method is you only pay for the leads that lead to a successful sale.
