Millennials are a large portion of those buying real estate today.  This is important to those of us selling real estate because we have to keep our buyers and investors in mind.

Being where your buyers are is an important part of your marketing plan.  First things first, you HAVE to be online.  Millennials love technology and use it as a valuable tool to do research and reviews before making decisions.  

Being Online for Millennials

You're online.  Now what? Where do you start and what is important? You need to build a credible online presence to be reputable and make the most of your SEO. Stay active on your social media.  Get comfortable in front of a camera and do some Live Streams.  Make sure that all of your online marketing is mobile friendly, invest in a responsive website and be prepared to be fast!  Millennials are a fast-paced group and you need to be prepared to give great experience quickly. Make sure you also keep on top of your reviews.  If you have a happy client ask them to take a few minutes to write you a review, if you have a negative one pop up, don't panic.  Negative reviews should be handled in a professional way with a swift and courteous response.
