Setting those 2018 Goals

Have you already set your goals for 2018?  If not you're already missing out.

The best way to be successful is to set goals, make a plan, and DO IT.  When you are setting your goals for this year there are some great ways to make sure you set the right goals.  First of all make sure you're setting the right kind of goal (see our What Kind of Goals are you Setting? Blog post for more info!).  If you are wanting to really progress this year you need to have a big passionate goal!

A passionate goal is the one that scares you a little and makes everyone around you go "are you crazy?!" and you kind of agree with them.  But don't be scared. DO IT.  Stop making those excuses and start tackling the year.  Once you know what your main goal is sit down and make a plan.

Your plan for the year can be broken down in whatever time frame works for you.  Monthly, quarterly, weekly! Whatever works for you, but make sure it is also realistic.  Don't make a goal to make your first million dollars next week when you own no properties and have $50 to your name.  Break your large goal until a section of smaller goals that will each get you a step closer to the end goal.
