Keeping up with the grind

Sometime it feels like we are in a constant race to either find buyers or sellers. 

Make a plan and work that plan. 

You need both in perfect harmony! 

When you work at your portfolio, you need to plan for the future. 

How much money you will use for marketing?

How much money you will reinvest? 

How many properties are you wanting to have at one time.

What will help you feel comfortable at night? 

You are going to want to make a plan that makes you nervous and excited at the same time as well as being smart with your money.  This is the way to strive toward a successful investment business. 

What are your goals stating about your business? 

If you barely have your toe water when it comes to your business, you are not believing in the success of your business. 

Make a plan and work the plan.

Take the time to write out exactly how much money you want to make.

Factor that marketing takes time. Make a budget for 6 months and stay consistent. Don't freak out. I use Seemekc. They help me with all my social media work and email marketing. They are fluent in Clickfunnels, Podio, Freedom Soft, Callrail, Mojo, and can update my mailing list weekly. It works great for us. 

I also use postcards, cold calling, and bandit signs. It works the more you feed it. So make a budget and go for it. 

I also make a schedule for myself everyday. Gym, work, family, and work. lol

I am present.  This is not just a job where you let it "ride" out. This is a hustle!

Get on it! Start working the business and make that money! 

You may think you are in the investment business to make money, and you are. However, if you don't first invest in you, you will not make it in this business. 

Make the plan... then work that plan. 

The PLAN will work when you do.
