Patience sucks. Don't allow anyone to tell you otherwise

Ok - here's the deal.

I'm working with this owner who is overseas and wants to get rid of her house in the States. While I extended an offer and she considered it rather low, she needs to counter - it's the game we play.  Both buyer and seller know what their numbers are.  From a buyer's perspective we know when someone accepts an offer on the first attempt, we feel we're overpaying.  I'd rather low ball (depending on the circumstance), have them counter, and see whether we can meet in the middle with figures that make sense for both of us.

I'd like to walk away from a deal feeling comfortable and quite honestly, would like the seller to also feel comfortable in the deal.

So back to my case...this seller is really testing my patience...she needs to be quicker on the trigger in my mind.  It's like taking ten paces and spinning...lol.  I'm sorry, but this would be my first deal and I'm excited to lock this one up.  I'm the most impatient person on earth, I just do a good job hiding it lol

Patience is NOT my best friend...

Wish me luck :/
